Article 1 - Object
These Conditions of Sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Customer, and the conditions applicable to all purchases made through the merchant site Seller www.saveur-biere.com hereinafter called "the Site”.
For these Conditions of Sale, Customer prohibits purchase for resale within the meaning of Article L 110-1 of the Commercial Code.
The Customer must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity or holds parental permission allowing him to place an order on the Site.
The acquisition of a product through the Site constitutes full acceptance by the Customer of these Conditions of Sale. They prevail over any other general or specific conditions of the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to modify at any time these Terms of Sale. It is, however, agreed that the conditions applicable to the Customer are those in effect on the date of the order on the Site. These Conditions of Sale are the exclusive property of the Seller. Article 2 - Description of products
The products are presented on the Seller's website.
Photographs possibly matching the presentation of the products are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered and have, in some cases, only suggestions which all the elements constituting the photographs is not routinely offered on sale.

Article 3 - Price
The prices quoted by the Seller at the time of the order are denominated in Euros, depending on the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order. Any rate change will be reflected immediately on the price of products offered.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, however, that the prices shown on the Seller's site of the day control will only apply to the Customer. The prices include the order processing fee.
Transport costs and delivery applied are those listed on the site at the time of the order. The sale price is due upon ordering.

Article 4 - Ordering process
Customer wishing to place an order on the Seller's website must:

Article 5 - Delivery
Article 5.1. - Conditions of delivery in France
The online sale of products presented on the Seller's site is limited and reserved for customers residing in France mainland. Due to the operation of arrangements granted to the Seller by the French Customs, deliveries of products subject to specific taxes alcohols (Excise) are not allowed outside that territory. In consequence, the following are excluded: Andorra, Monaco, French Overseas Territory.

Article - Delivery delay
The maximum delivery time of a product from the order indicated before the validation of the order. If bulk purchase of several products, the delivery period applicable to the entire order is the longest period specified for one of these products.
The delivery deadline will be specified in the email order confirmation. In any case, the delivery time can not exceed 30 days.
For exceeding the deadline for delivery more than seven days and not due to force majeure, the Customer may cancel the order by e-mail (https://www.saveur-biere.com/fr/contact) within thirty days from the date specified for delivery.
The cancellation of the order will be effective upon receipt by the Seller of the email by which the Client informed of the decision, if delivery has not occurred between the sending and receiving this e- email.
The Vendor will refund within a maximum period of thirty days from the date on which the Customer has informed the ordering cancellation of Seller, using the same means of payment as the Customer has used to initial transaction, unless the client expressly consents to a different means proposed by the Seller."
Cancellation of the order before its withdrawal or receipt "
Any cancellation of order intervening between payment and withdrawal or receipt of the package must be made from customer service Saveur Bière by email (https://www.saveur-biere.com/fr/contact).
If the order has already been shipped by the Seller, the refund will be effective upon confirmation by return of carrier of the Purchaser's order and receiving it by the Seller.
Article 5.3 - Shipping cost
Delivery cost of the products are based on package weight. These are indicated before the validation of the order.
All beer sold by Saveur Bière had their fees paid to the French customs. customs or import taxes, however, may be requested from the arrival of an order in the country of destination. Customer may come retrieve his order only during the hours specified by the Seller.
Upon withdrawal Drive and delivered by hand to the Client or third party appointed, the products belong to the client and are his responsibility.
If the customer orders products with a short expiry date, this date is calculated from the date of purchase, not the date of withdrawal.

Article 5.6 Shipments within the European Union
For countries in the EU area, the price indicated in the order confirmation is final, expressed in euros all taxes included in the destination country (including excise). This price includes the price of products, handling, packaging and storage of goods, and transportation costs.
The price on the product description does not include transportation costs, which are calculated according to the weight of the order.
Article 5.7 - Complaints concerning the delivery

Article 6 - Unavailability of products
In case of unavailability of the ordered product in stock, the Seller will inform the Customer by e-mail promptly.
Customer will then be able to obtain a refund (within 30 days of payment of sums paid) or exchange the product unavailable against equivalent. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the Seller.
Article 7 – Responsibility
Seller may be exempted from all or part of its liability by proving that non-performance or improper performance of the contract is attributable either to the customer or to the unforeseeable and irresistible, a third contract, or a force majeure.
The Seller shall not be liable for computer bug occurring when ordering, related to the Customer Internet connection.
Article 8 - Guarantee
All products supplied by the seller have the legal guarantee under section 1641 of the Civil Code. In addition, the Customer also has the guarantee of conformity of products, provided by Articles L. 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code.

Article 9 - Intellectual property

The Customer is forbidden to wear any trademark infringement "Saveur Bière" It is strictly forbidden to use or reproduce the name "Saveur Bière" in any capacity whatsoever, and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written consent of Seller.
The creation of hypertext links to the site www.saveur-biere.com is authorized by the Seller.
Article 10 - Personal data
The Seller informs the Customer that his personal data are recorded and that the Seller has performed the preliminary steps to the CNIL concerning the processing of these data, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
The Customer is informed that their data are subject to a treatment enabling the power Seller offer the various services offered by the Site.

Article 11 - Right to retract

The Vendor will refund using the same method of payment that the Customer has used for the initial transaction, unless the client expressly agrees a way different proposed by the Seller.
Article 12 - Vendor Assurance

Article 16 - Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute arising between the parties due to the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement, the Parties agree to any action prior to Justice that any claim will be subject to a prior notice by registered mail with request for acknowledgment of receipt. Article 17 - Protection of minors
In accordance with Article L. 3342-1 of the Public Health, the sale of alcohol to minors under eighteen (18) years is prohibited. The buyer confirms by validating his order on the site saveur-biere.com have eighteen (18) years of age at the date of the order. Upon delivery, the recipient must have the legal age.
