Located in California’s Orange County The Bruery specialises in cask-ageing. The Bruery takes its name from its founder Patrick Rue (no, it wasn’t a misprint!) for whom brewing has become something of an obsession.
As soon as he graduated from college, Rue launched his company to live his brewing dream. Today, Patrick constantly challenges himself to come up with imaginative, original recipes.
The Bruery’s collection of oak casks has become a key element in their production process as at least half of their beers are aged in wine or spirit casks, and they certainly contribute to the quality of his beers.
