Powerful, rich, radically-hopped IPA by the prodigious Brewdog brewery
Yellowy-orange, generous white head
Deeply fruity and hoppy, piny citrus, peach
Grapefruit, pine, hops, malt
Like previous incarnations of the Born To Die series, this latest brew is a short-date, small-batch IPA from highly acclaimed Scottish brewery, Brewdog.
Pouring yellowy-orange with a generous off-white head, this IPA offers a rich piny aroma with hops and citrus in abundance.
The taste is an explosion of bitterness, with a complex range of flavours including grapefruit and orange. For the uninitiated, this level of bitterness can be a lot to take in, but hang in there, it’s well worth it.
With citrus, hops, malt, and much, much more, you’ll love with this slick, medium-bodied, lightly carbonated ensemble. It’s just a shame she’s born to die so soon.
