Pouring the colour of old rum with ruby highlights and a fine tan head, Samichlaus breathes waves of dried fruit, and caramel, with a palate full of creamy vanilla, fig, raisin, and brown sugar. It is the perfect accompaniment for desserts, such as a sumptuous chocolate gateau, or simply with good company around the fire.
