Grosse Bertha from Brussels Beer Project is a German Hefeweizen –style Belgian beer whose name immediately conjures up the German heavy artillery weapon used mainly during World War One. This character beer has a misty yellow hue and a delicate white head with aromas of wheat, coriander, citrus, spice, yeast and banana. The palate has flavours of yeast, spice, fruit, malt and banana. The body is oily and lightly carbonated with a slightly bitter finish.
