Azacca IPA by Founders Brewing Company is an all-American IPA that takes its name from the Haitian god of agriculture. The label depicts the deity inspecting his fields in which the ingredients are growing. It is also the name of hops used in this recipe, both for bittering and aroma. Behind the orange body, Azacca releases waves of malt and caramel, followed closely by herby, spicy hops. The palate is equally malty, with exotic fruit, hops, pine, lemons and mangos in bitter ensemble that is sure to please hops-lovers.
