One Way or Another is a sublime Sour Ale brewed in partnership by Cascade, Oregon’s masters of the Sour Ale, and Bruery Terreux, a Californian Craft Brewery who made their name with a series of exquisite Wild Ales.
Brewed with Oregon Marion blackberries and Californian Meyer lemons, this superb blended Sour is rich with intensely zesty, fruity tones.
Deep purple beneath a fuzzy white head, there’s jammy fruit tones offset by a live oakiness and toasted sourdough malt set in a well-rounded, softly carbonated body. Add to this a funky wild yeast sourness and you have one of the finest Sour Ales to come out of the Pacific Northwest in a long, long time!
