Product Description
As with all of Basqueland’s superb Craft Beers, Alvin Imperial Stout is inspired by local legends - in this case a submarine hired do defuse a wartime bomb in San Sebastien bay. This majestic, velvety Stout is brewed with a classic mix of cocoa, fresh coffee beans and vanilla pods for a rich, dark character full of bracingly bitter black malt and sweet vanilla cappuccino.
Thick, slick and silky-smooth, Alvin’s lightly carbonated palate is packed with more bittersweet vanilla mocha coffee, with a soft liquorice and spiced plum character that combines with bitter burnt sugar bitters to provide a super-satisfying ensemble.
