Irish Black IPA with fruity blackberry and cherry and complex bubblegum and pine hops
Black, ruby highlights, cream head, soft fizz
Coffee, bubblegum, berries, pine
Caramel, coffee, pine, grass, cherry, blueberry, skunk
Bonita is a Black IPA brewed by the young, but no less accomplished, O Brother Brewing – a brewery from the Republic of Ireland. With its ruby-tinted black body and cream head the bouquet is a complex mix of coffee and fruity blackberry, blueberry, cherry and blackcurrant with an inviting bubblegum and pine hops note.
The smooth, lightly carbonated body is full of toasty caramel malts, with more berry and bubblegum notes and a grassy, pine and skunk hops note to conclude.
