Aventinus is a powerful and delightful German Brown Ale brewed by Schneider.
The history of this beer is interesting: until the 40’s, Aventinus was deliver on containers across Bavaria, and one cold day, the beer had frozen during the delivery and that change the taste of this beer. Since 2000 Hans Peter Drewler, the brewer of Schneider brewery decided to recreate this process discover by chance, with a modern stuff, and thus proposes that special beer in a revisited version...
Aventinus is a German beer with a dark brown robe topped by a nice beige head. On the nose, you will find aromas of plum, banana, clove and almonds!
On the mouth, you will find flavours of dark fruits, chocolate and spices. The finish is spicy.
