An American Beer designed especially for the German Oktoberfest!
Amber with reddish glints
Notes of toasted bread and hops
Light mouth with caramel and bread notes
Did you know that the Oktoberfest dates from the wedding of Prince Ludwig of Bayern on the 17th of October 1810? Imagined especially for the occasion, this celebration has continued since then and is a perfect event for beer producers to compete with German brewers. This Brooklyn Oktoberfest made by American Brooklyn Brewery offers an amazing beer brewed with the best German hops and malts.
This American beer pours a slightly amber colour with reddish glints topped by a creamy and lightly coloured head. It challenges the nose with a superb complexity of caramel, lightly toasted bread and hints of hops. The mouth is light and allows the whole to feature these bread and caramel notes, while the finish is finely bitter.
This Brooklyn Oktoberfest shows once more if any proof were still needed the technical know-how of Brooklyn Brewery, whatever can be the style you’re looking for. You can also try their Brooklyn Local1, another excellent product.
