- Brugse Zot Blonde 75 cl
The last beer brewed in the historical centre of Bruges!
belgian pale ale
A slightly golden colour
Sweet aromas of malt and yeast
On the tongue, sweet and spicy yeast with fruity notes
malty & chewy
This Brugse Zot, a high-fermentation artisanal light ale, is the last beer brewed in the historical centre of Bruges, hence its name. The inhabitants of Bruges are locally known as "Brugse Zotten", literally meaning "Bruges Fools".
With its 6% ABV, this light ale with its fine head breathes malty notes rounded out with a little spice, typical of Belgian yeasts.
On the tongue, it offers an ever-so-slightly malty prelude before surprising us with its ever-so-slightly bitter finish. A very pleasant beer that is at its best in a Brugse Zot glass, in the summer.
