We all know that the world of the Danish brewery rose further, driven by breweries, such as Mikkeller, Fano or Evil Twin. The latter purposes us this incredible Christmas Eve at a New York City Hotel Room, an Imperial Stout brewed to be aged a few year in your cellar!
This Danish beer has a intense black colour topped by a very fine beige head. The nose is complex with molasses and licorice aroma, but also notes of espresso in a perfect balance. On the mouth you can taste roasted malt and licorice flavours. In the finish, you will find fine notes of chocolate!
Wonderful and majestic, Evil Twin Christmas Eve at a New York City Hotel Room will definitely not leave you cold! Not surprising when you know that it was brewed the first time at the premises of the De Molen brewery!
