This Imperial Stout is without doubt one of Omnipollo’s finest creations yet. As a child Omnipollo’s head brewer wanted to be a pastry chef and he found his inspiration for Noa Pecan Mud Cake in the celebrated American dessert.
Noa Pecan Mud Cake pours a dark, velvety black with a creamy mahogany-coloured head.
The bouquet gives an immediate hit of caramelised pecan followed by chocolate and toasted marshmallow scents.
On the tongue there are attractive chocolate flavours, which mix perfectly with the pecan notes to evoke chocolate brownies and brown toast.
