Product Description
Brewed by Jopen in the Netherlands, Trinitas Tripel takes its name from the Holy Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Ghost. There is also a more earthly inspiration for the Trinity, namely the three types of malt, used in Haarlem since medieaval times, in the recipe.
Trinitas pours an attractive orange colour topped with a thick white head. The aroma is typically Tripel, releasing malt, toast and caramel scents, along side citrus and spice notes.
On the tongue it gives more caramel, fruit, and malt notes accompanied by spices and honey. Medium-bodied, mellifluous and lightly sparkling, this exquisite blend gives way to a dry, faintly bitter finish.
