Product Description
Considered by the St Bernardus Brouwerij to be their finest creation, St Bernardus Abt 12 is an authentic Belgian Abbaye Quadrupel with all the hallmarks of this sumptuous style. Rich, dark and full of sweet nutty raisin and bubblegum tones, Abt 12 breathes generous fruity, spicy, peppery clove and banana yeasts.
Paired with a crusty bread malt character this gloriously complex cocoa-coloured Quad is brimming with caramel and spiced fruit yeast that fill the palate beautifully, ending on a lingering hops note that evokes subtle vanilla toffee.
