Christmas and all we love about it is almost around the corner.
It's the season of gifts, Christmas trees, tinsel garland, roast turkey, Christmas ham, Christmas cake, Christmas pudding, Christmas cookies …  Christmas everything! And to make the wait bearable while counting the days, the irreplaceable Advent calendar.

Who can forget the childhood excitement of opening a window every December morning until the 24th and gulping down that small chocolate in anticipation of the big day? Only now we've (mostly) grown up and our tastes have changed somewhat. If a cold bottle of beer sounds better to you than a chocolate drop, you will love Beery Christmas, our beer-bedecked Advent calendar.

Following the success of our 2014 calendar, Beery Christmas is back and this year Santa has decided to ramp up production to slake the thirsts of all the big kids out there, naughty and nice.

Twenty-four days, twenty-four beers, each one delicious and original, waiting to be sampled. And remember, it's a surprise, so no peeking!

Beery Christmas will be available for pre-order as from September 1st. As many of the beers are being made especially for Christmas and have yet to be released, the cases will only be available from November 1st, so make sure not to miss out and order yours as soon as possible.

Beery Christmas 2015 usage instructions

1) Warmly thank the person who gifted you Beery Christmas. If that person was you, pat yourself on the back and then go find someone to share your happiness with.
2) Open your first window on December 1st and another every day in turn (preferably in order). Only one at a time … Santa is watching (or so we're told; we're more afraid of our wives and girlfriends).
3) Refrigerate the day's beer in a safe place and hope it will still be there when you get back from work.
4) After a hard day's work, reunite with your honeybun (your beer, that is) and go online to www.beery-christmas.com to see the day's tasting notes and information on the brewery. Some beers need a little preparation before drinking to bring out their full character, so take the time to go through these (we promise they won't be long).
5) Repeat every day until December 24th. Recycle the carton after your last beer and before your first of many glasses of champagne. Last of all … have a wonderful Christmas! And while you're still sober, don’t forget to make a cross on your calendar to order your Beery Christmas 2016 (the early bird and all that)!
