Mangrove Jack's Bavarian Lager yeast is a bottom-fermentation yeast developed for all bottom-fermented beers styles in cluding Bocks, Pils, and Lagers.
It produces fewer sulphites than other yeasts, and brings out the malty, hoppy character of your beer. Its fermentation temperature should be between 8-14°C. If you are using it for your main fermentation, use the yeast at 40-60g/100 litres.
