Terms and conditions “Golden Eggs" promotion
Article 1: Organizer of the promotion
INTERDRINKS (trading as SAVEUR BIERE), SAS whose registered office is located at 2, rue du Chemin Vert in FRETIN (59273) - RCS de LILLE 497 634 030, is organising from 18 to 22 April 2019, a competition with an obligation to purchase entitled Golden Eggs.
Article 2: Participation
This promotion is open to any natural person of legal age to purchase and consum alcohol, residing in Europe, excluding the legal entities and employees of INTERDRINKS, and any person having collaborated in the design and/or implementation of the promotion.
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these rules without modification or other information.
This promotion will be open on the official website of SAVEUR BIÈRE and HOPT from April 18, 2019 at 00:01 and until April 22, 2019 at 23:59.
Article 3: Allocation of the promotion
A total of 50 ‘Golden Eggs’ will be distributed in the orders during this "Golden Eggs" promotion. During the 5 days of the promotion, one golden egg will be added to orders placed at SAVEUR BIÈRE and HOPT, minimum purchase €50. You have a chance to win a voucher worth up to 200€.
Each egg contains a gift voucher worth between €5 and €200, valid throughout the SAVEUR BIÈRE and HOPT website, excluding the Discovery Box subscription product, until 08/05/19.
The prizes will be:
- 1 voucher worth €200
- 5 vouchers worth €50
- 10 vouchers worth €20 each
- 34 vouchers worth €5 each
Article 4: Conditions of entry and designation of winners
4.1 Participation is automatic for all Saveur Bière and HOPT orders, minimum purchase 50€.
4.2 50 orders will be selected at random and 1 egg will be placed in the customer's delivery.
4.3 The winners will find the egg upon receipt of their order, open it and discover the amount of their voucher, which can be used throughout the SAVEUR BIÈRE and HOPT website until 08/05/19.
Article 5: Image rights
By accepting the prize the winner authorizes the organizing company to use his or her family names, first names, and e-mail addresses for any promotional purposes, events or material related to this promotion for a period not exceeding 3 (three) years from the date of the draw without this use giving rise to any consideration other than the prize.
Facebook is not the organizer, co-organizer or sponsor of the promotion. Any personal data collected is only intended for the organising company and under no circumstances for Facebook.
Article 6: Modification of the terms and conditions of the promotion
The organising company shall not be liable in any way if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control, it is required to cancel this promotion, reduce it, extend it, postpone it, or modify the nature or number of the prizes, or the conditions.
Article 7: Interpretation of the rules
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in these rules.
The organising company will not answer any questions about the details of the promotion throughout its duration.
The organising company shall have sole discretion to answer any question relating to the application of these rules or any question that may be asked that is not settled by them. These decisions will be final.
Article 8: Law "Informatique et Libertés" (Data Protection Act)
The contact details of the participants will be collected and processed electronically.
In accordance with the French "Informatique et Libertés" (Data Protection Act) law of 6 January 1978, each participant has the right to access, and to rectify or delete personal information concerning him/her, as well as the right to object for legitimate reasons to the processing of his/her data by writing to the following address: INTERDRINKS customer service at 2, rue du Chemin Vert in FRETIN (59273) France.
Article 9: Limitation related to the use of the Internet
Customers, participants, and internet users are reminded that the Internet is not a secure network. The organizers cannot therefore be held responsible for any viruses or intrusion by a third party which may infiltrate the system of the promotion participants' terminal and decline any responsibility for any consequences of connecting participant to the network via the site.
The organising company cannot be held liable in the event of malfunctions of the Internet network, due in particular to external malicious acts, which may prevent the running of the promotion and the information of participants.
Any participants attempting to participate by means such as automated participation systems, programs developed for automated participation, use of information, email, customer numbers other than those corresponding to their identity and address and more generally by any means not in accordance with the respect of fairness between participants during the promotion will be automatically barred from participating.
In particular, any person who, by any means whatsoever, attempt to modify the proposed promotional devices, in particular in order to influence the outcome, will be barred from participating. Said individual is prohibited from entering by means of multiple email addresses or using a customer account created for the benefit of anyone other than himself.
A single customer account may be opened by the same person with the same first and last name, email address and home address. Furthermore, the organising company cannot be held liable for any damage caused to the participants, their computer equipment and the data stored therein, or for any consequences that may result from this on their personal or professional business.
The company cannot be held liable in the event that any participant is unable to connect to the site or enter the promotion due to any technical problem or defect related to the servers or hosts of the site.
Article 10: Participation Fees
No participation fees, in particular Internet connection, electricity or any other costs of any kind, shall be reimbursed.
Article 11: Intellectual and artistic property rights
In accordance with the laws governing intellectual and artistic property rights, the reproduction and representation of all or part of the elements composing this promotion are strictly prohibited.
Article 12: Jurisdiction
This promotion is subject to French law. Any dispute to which it may give rise, in particular concerning its validity, interpretation, or execution, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance (High Court) at Lille, France, unless within the scope of public policy.
