A light Rye Malt that gives a mash colour of 3-8 EBC or 1.7-3 Lovibond. Its equivalent is Weyermann Rye Malt, with an EBC of 4-10.
Rye Malt offers unique Rye flavours, and an additional complexity to your beer.
It can be used in a range of beer styles with a maximum recommended dose of 30%.
You should store your Wheat Malt in a cool dry place for a maximum of 24 months. If the Malt has been milled, it should be used within 3 months to ensure the maximum flavour.
