Safbrew BE-134 is a Belgian Saison style brewing yeast that offers spicy, peppery notes. It will not clump, creating a fine layer in suspension in the beer.
The fermentation temperature should be between 18 and 28°C.

If you are using it for your main fermentation, use BE-134 yeast at 50g/100 litres. For bottle refermentation, use 2.5-5g/100 litres.
