Safale K-97 is a yeast renowned for its capacity to form a solid head. It is generally used for brewing Ales and Belgian Blanche beers. Its low attenuation rate is perfect for brewing beers with a long mouthfeel. The fermentation temperature should be between 12 and 25°C (53.6-77°F), with an optimum action between 15-20°C (59-68°F).
