One of the kind ! This Verte du Mont-Blanc is a very special beer resulting from the ressources of Savoie and French brewing traditions.
Flavoured with Génépi (French special liqueur), this beer is also brewed with waters from alpine Glaciers source Enchapleuzen, located on the slopes of the Mont-Blanc at 2074 meters above sea level. It is brewed by Brasserie du Mont-Blanc.
It pours an amazing and puzzling green apple color that leaves on the glass rim a thin white lacing. It challenges the nose with herbaceous scents reminiscent of mint, camphor along with acidity hints. In the mouth, one will taste herbaceous flavours with mint notes reminiscent of chamomile, fruity and sugary flavors reminiscent of pear.
