Swedish Craft Beer maestros Omnipollo are legends in the world of Gourmet Stouts, and their latest collaboration with Florida’s 3 Sons Brewing is awesome.
This chocolate pancake themed Imperial Stout shares many of the best features of previous creations like Noa Pecan, with a deep espresso coffee and dark chocolate character offset by treacle malts and a savoury umami character that tempers the sweetness beautifully.
Rich and slick, Gideon’s Pancake Stack oozes sweet maple syrup with bitter dark-roast malt in one harmonious package that easily shows off Omnipollo’s class.
